Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ve v\u00fduce STEM p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f (v\u011bda, technologie, in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed, matematika) u\u017e d\u00e1vno nejde jen o prost\u00e9 p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed fakt\u016f a jejich memorov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nen\u00ed to ji\u017e \u00fapln\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed. Dne\u0161n\u00ed u\u010ditel mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pr\u016fvodcem v digit\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, tv\u016frcem inspiruj\u00edc\u00edch \u00faloh a zad\u00e1n\u00ed, mentorem, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 na vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed cest\u011b a t\u00e9\u017e \u0161kolitelem kritick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed ve sv\u011bt\u011b p\u0159ehlcen\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00edm informac\u00ed. A n\u011bkdy je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed b\u00fdt i znovu studentem, kter\u00fd se neboj\u00ed u\u010dit se nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem, a to ve velmi rychl\u00e9m tempu p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch technologick\u00fdch novinek. Co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy velkou v\u00fdzvou.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 dovednosti jsou pro u\u010ditele STEM nezbytn\u00e9?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pro efektivn\u00ed v\u00fduku STEM je dnes nezbytn\u00e1 kombinace t\u0159\u00ed oblast\u00ed: odborn\u00e9 znalosti, didaktick\u00e9 dovednosti a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost. U\u010ditel by m\u011bl minim\u00e1ln\u011b ovl\u00e1dat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed technologick\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje &#8211; nap\u0159. prezenta\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, ale v z\u00e1kladu i digit\u00e1ln\u00ed platformy. Bez toho se dnes ji\u017e prakticky nelze obej\u00edt. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je ale pot\u0159eba u student\u016f rozv\u00edjet i schopnosti, kter\u00e9 technologie samy nenahrad\u00ed: jasnou komunikaci, schopnost v\u00e9st skupinu, rozv\u00edjet spolupr\u00e1ci ve skupin\u011b, tvo\u0159it mezioborov\u00e9 souvislosti a podporovat zv\u00eddavost.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cesta k neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu rozvoji<\/h3>\n\n<p>Podpora profesn\u00edho r\u016fstu je p\u0159itom kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1. Projekty jako EDIGIT pom\u00e1haj\u00ed pedagog\u016fm z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed sd\u00edlet p\u0159\u00edklady dobr\u00e9 praxe, z\u00edskat nov\u00e9 impulzy a osvojit si digit\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, kter\u00e9 mohou obohatit v\u00fduku a l\u00e9pe p\u0159ipravit studenty na budoucnost. Tedy pom\u00e1h\u00e1 propojit d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 aspekty a rozv\u00edj\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9 kompetence modern\u00edho pedagoga STEM p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. Jsme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee na\u0161e Gymn\u00e1zium J. Gutha-Jarkovsk\u00e9ho i Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola J. Gutha-Jarkovsk\u00e9ho se na t\u011bchto mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch projektech pod\u00edl\u00ed ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Jedno je jist\u00e9 \u2013 modern\u00ed STEM u\u010ditel je ten, kdo se neboj\u00ed zm\u011bn. Proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b ochota u\u010dit se, zkou\u0161et nov\u00e9 cesty a rozv\u00edjet vlastn\u00ed kompetence d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fduce smysl a energii, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt motivuj\u00edc\u00ed a inspiruj\u00edc\u00ed nejen pro studenty, ale i kolegy z pedagogick\u00e9ho sboru.
